About US

I am a Landscape Architect by day, but I am usually thinking about my next meal. I remember cooking my first dinners in fourth grade. Way back then I was frying up cheeseburgers, making rice crispy treats, or mixing up spaghetti with meat sauce. All good things and not to be forgotten. My day dreaming now consists of marinated steaks, tender spare ribs, and juicy smoked chicken, or perhaps smoked brisket. These are the things I love to eat and have inspired Seared & Smoked.
